OCA Global is awarded with SEA 2023 FWC LOT1

We are excited to announce that OCA Global has officially signed the contract for the prestigious SEA 2023 FWC LOT 1: Climate Change, Sustainable Energy, and Nuclear Safety. We are thrilled to embark on the exciting journey of dynamically implementing the meaningful project assignments that come with it for the next 4 years.

This pioneering role in the SEA 2023 FWC LOT 1 contract not only highlights our growing expertise and reputation in the field but also showcases our commitment to addressing critical global challenges such as climate change, sustainable energy, and nuclear safety. This leadership position reflects our evolution since our foundation, illustrating our capability to handle impactful projects on a global scale.

OCA Global will take on this challenge and will be supporting and advising the European Commission services at Headquarters and EU Delegations, as well as partner countries and organisations around the world, by providing technical inputs, conducting analyses and studies, and offering opinions and advice throughout the cycle of operations.

The projects to be implemented will be in the following sectors:

  • Climate Change: Resilience, Adaptation and Mitigation, Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and Climate change mainstreaming.
  • Sustainable Energy: Renewable energy transition; Modern power grids; Energy market services; Institutional frameworks for energy management; Electrification; Energy efficiency, and clean cooking.
  • Nuclear Safety: Nuclear plant operation; Nuclear or radiological installations; Design safety, safeguards & non-proliferation, Radio-active waste and transport; Offsite emergency preparedness; Decommissioning; Training of nuclear regulator/staff on nuclear safety issues.
  • Disaster Risk Reduction: Climate and environmental risks reduction and management; Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance.
